Orange Blossom Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • 80 g sugar, or to taste
  • 1 litre cold water
  • 1–2 tsp orange blossom water
  • Ice and mint leaves, to serve

Method

    Dissolve the sugar

    Stir the sugar into the lemon juice until mostly dissolved, or warm briefly to help it along.

    Add the cold water and orange blossom water and stir well.

    Taste

    Taste and adjust sugar or orange blossom water as needed.

    Pour over ice, garnish with mint leaves, and serve chilled.
