Booking FAQ
Common questions about booking
How do I book a cooking class or food tour?
Send us a WhatsApp message, call, or email with your preferred date, group size and experience type. We reply within hours and confirm your booking within 24 hours with full details and meeting point.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead so we can arrange your guide and ingredients. During peak season (October to April), a week's notice gives us the best availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience. After that window, we do our best to reschedule to another date during your stay.
Are the experiences private or shared?
Every experience is fully private — just you and your group with a certified local guide. No strangers, no rigid schedules. We tailor the pace and content to your interests.
What languages do the guides speak?
Our guides speak English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Let us know your preferred language when you book and we will match the right guide.
What is included in the price?
Guided instruction, all ingredients and equipment, tastings of everything you cook, mint tea, and recipes to take home. Market tours include souk entry and street-food tastings. Transport is not included but we can arrange pickup.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly menus are available for every class. Mention your requirements when booking and the chef will adapt the menu.
